Organization Settings

Organization Settings holds the basic facts about your organization: its name, website, and logo. You can change these at any time. Your industry, set once during onboarding, never appears on this screen.

Organization Settings → General: the org's identity, with the rest of the org-level tabs alongside.
  1. Click the logo to upload a new one.
  2. Copy your Organization ID here when a script or API call needs it.
  3. Edit the Organization Name here.
  4. Edit the Website here.

How to get there

Organization Settings lives outside any single project, so it is not in the project sidebar. Instead:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Click Org Settings in the menu that opens.

Only the Owner and Admin roles see that menu item. Everyone else can open their own Account page from the same menu, but not this one.

You land on the General tab. Five more tabs sit next to it: Members, Roles & Permissions, Integrations, Service Tokens, and Billing.

Editable fields

Organization name

This name shows up everywhere A vs B mentions your organization: the dashboard header, email notifications, invoices, and the org switcher if you belong to more than one org. You can change it any time.

Pick a name your whole team recognizes right away, usually your company or department name.

Website

The main website for your organization, for example https://www.yourcompany.com. This is for reference only: it does not affect how experiments run. It appears on invoices and in some admin views. You can leave it blank.

Upload your organization's logo. It shows up in the top-left of the dashboard header and in emails sent to your team. A vs B accepts PNG, JPEG, and WebP files. Aim for at least 512 × 512 pixels: A vs B crops the image to a square for you.

To change it, click the logo and choose a new image file from your computer.

Industry: set once, shown nowhere

When you first created your organization, onboarding asked for an industry (like E-commerce or SaaS). A vs B keeps it on your organization's record, and our support team sees it when they help you. It does not change any suggestions, defaults or results in the product, and there is no field for it in Organization Settings or anywhere else in the dashboard.

The management API also returns a region field for your organization. Nothing in the product sets or uses it today, so it is usually empty, and it does not decide where your data is stored.

Made a mistake during onboarding? Contact A vs B support. A region change can sometimes be arranged, but it is a manual process and may involve moving your data.

Saving changes

Click Save at the bottom of the form. Your new name and logo appear across A vs B right away, for every team member. A message confirms each save, or tells you why it was refused. The logo is the one field that saves on its own, the moment you pick a new image.
