Creating Your Organization

An organization is the top-level container in A vs B. It holds your projects, experiments, teammates, and billing. You create it once. Everything else lives inside it.

Think of it as your company or team account. If you work at Acme Corp, your organization is "Acme Corp." Each website you test is a separate project inside it.

Set it up

After your first login, A vs B detects you don't have an organization yet and takes you into onboarding automatically. This step is required.

Your organization's name and details: set during onboarding, and editable anytime here in Organization Settings.
1

Name your organization

Usually your company or team name. It shows in the top navigation and on invoices. You can change it later in Organization Settings.

2

Pick your industry

Choose the closest match (E-commerce, SaaS, Media, Finance, Healthcare, …). We use this to understand your business; it doesn't change any suggestions or defaults in the product today. Pick Other if nothing fits.

3

Continue

Click Continue →. A vs B saves your organization and moves you on to creating your first project.

Can I have more than one organization?

Yes. If you run testing for several companies, you can create more than one organization. Switch between them with the organization switcher in the top navigation bar. Each one keeps its own projects, members, and billing fully separate.

What happens next

A vs B takes you straight into creating your first project. Continue to Creating your first project.
